Great eye makeup remover!
It’s just like the microcellular water I was using before from L’Oréal, except this gets foamed up before use. I like that. The liquid will last longer. It’s super gentle but effective at removing my premium mascara applied with a primer. Doesn’t sting or burn or leave any residue. Absolutely would recommend!
