Great Customer Service
I was very excited to find these coiled hair ties in brown because I wanted them to match my hair. i was disappointed when I opened my package to find that they sent me black. I contacted the seller and they were very apologetic and promised to send the correct color. They did, and I am so happy. The only thing I don't like about the hair ties is that they don't seem to shrink back to their original size. All in all I'm very pleased with the seller and the product.
