Product tastes like sour apple candy and it very gelatinous and syrup like. Doesn't have a bad after taste, but if you are sensitive to sour things just take a shot of water afterwards. I purchased this brand in particular because I read you want to aim for 10,000 mgs of collagen a day. However, this bottle states not to take anymore than the recommended dose.<br /><br />Only four stars because the bottle we received came with no seal under the cap. A little disconcerting.
