Works even on fine silky hair

This is the first time I’ve used a hair pin and I was skeptical it would work on my fine, silky, shoulder length hair. We’ll, turns out they worked great! I don’t know if it would stay in all day, but it’s easy enough to put back in, and looks cute. The colors are nice and the pins have a matte texture which helps keep them in place.

Holds well!

These pins hold great! They are made of a thin metal and I was worried that they might bend since my hair is really thick and unruly, but they hold it together nicely! I haven't had any pins bend yet, and I've used them every day for a month. The ends are slightly rounded so as to not be sharp, but they are still a bit pointy. The pins are completely smooth, and there is nothing for hair to get caught on. The colors are super cute too!<br /><br />Overall these are wonderful chignon pins and a great way to put hair in a bun without damaging the hair. They work just as well as hair sticks without being quite so big. Just a little bit of the pin sticks out from the bun if you're making a regular sized bun, and it isn't too large for smaller double-buns either. If you have a TON of hair it may not stick out as much, but I think it'll still do a decent job at holding the hair in place if you put it in right.
