After I sent the second request for customer service, someone got back to me and resolved my problem!!!!! I am now giving BLUEMERCURY a positive rating for resolving my problem. BLUE MERCURY took care of me.<br />OLD REVIEW:<br />This is a great product as long as the product is not past date. how can you tell if it is past date? You Can't! This creme is supposed to be a creamy texture. I bought from bluemercury.com[[ASIN:B001M9948W Creme Ancienne - Fresh - Night Care - 100g/3.5oz]] and received "old stock". There is non return policy. I spent $150 on a jar of solid crap. Really, it is supposed to be creamy and mine is solid. I bought some full price from a reputable seller and it is perfect. Do not buy Creme Ancienne from Blue Mercury or you may receive OLD STOCK that is non-refundable.<br /><br /> UPDATE: customer service took care of my problem.
