The hair is super soft! This is the first time buying from them! The delivery was very fast! The ends of mine seem to be dry after several washes and styling but I did not have the proper heat protectant. I think if I would have taken care of them in that sense then they would still be super soft! These extensions were WAY lighter than my hair color. It is more of a light to medium brown. I will have to purchase the black ones for in the future.

great quality hair
I have hard water where I live as we have well and my hair was ruined by the old water softer , I bought this hair and washed with hard water shampoo by Malibu and it was nice and shiny and soft .
Lasted a month
First time extension user. Iโm really impressed. These lasted a month in my hair before they got a little loose. My hair is naturally straight and these extension were straight too. My friend easily put them in.

Great price for the product
I bought these to go darker for fall and they arrived earlier than expected (always a positive in my book). The color was exactly as I expected, installed easily, and blended well. My natural hair is at longest, to my shoulders. I've only had them for a week, but there has been no breakage or shedding. They detangle easily, and maintain a shine even after being washed. I do recommend not overwashing and using dry shampoo when you can. Will try to remember to update in a month.
