One of my feet had a progressively worsening toenail issue (Onychomycosis?) I asked the doctor about it and was told to try and work an antifungal cream under the nail. After two years the issue was just getting worse. I finally researched the effectiveness of thymol and decided to try this product. After 6 months my nail is about 2/3 grown out and looking healthy again. It’s a very slow process, but obviously it’s going in the right direction now. Will continue to use this product once my nail is grown out by applying it after washing and showering.

smells like acetone polish remover

I switched from a different thymol solution to try this but am switching back due to the strong nail polish remover odor. I tried this so my partner and I would each have our own bottle as it's half the size of the other product. Like everyone else has said, you must use this 2-3 times/day religiously and it can take a year to see the results but my toe used to ache and it doesn't any more and the nail looks to be growing out healthier than before.
