I have been using this product on and off for 2 years, it is very hard to find good products for black hair; especially in my case very frizzy nappy hair + Minnesota weather = bad hair days. I have tried a number of products claimed to be for my kind of hair but they fall short 90% of the time, either too thick to apply or too watery to even make sense of. I am surprised that each time I get disappointed, I run back to Garnier like an Ex.<br /><br />I use it once or twice a day or pretty much as many times as I choose to shower, I also use it with Garnier AntiFrizz serum. Works wonders! A little squirt of both in my palm, rub together and massage into my hair, comb, style and ready for anything. My hair retains its moisture for about 70% of the day, when it feels dry, I can still feel the silk on the strands. My hair doesn't smell like carpet any more, the fruity smell is powerful enough to last days. Even better in the summer, no carpety smell!<br /><br />Until another magic formula shows up, this is my best product yet.

A little goes a long way. This stuff is great. DO NOT USE TOO MUCH. If you use too much product it can make you hair look greasy very fast. I like to use a little product and focus on the ends of my hair and STAY AWAY FROM THE ROOTS.
Cheap alternative to expensive conditioners
I originally purchased this as I was told it was a good way to control beard hair. Since then my wife tried it and is using it for her very fine blonde hair. I now also use it for my head hair and amazed how well it controlled and added a shine to my hair.
