I haven't even used the matte yet but the regular top it off is excellent so far. Very easy to apply, not too thick or thin (no streaks or clumps), gets my nails looking perfecto after 2 mins under UV lamp. And what a steal for the amount in the bottle, these are the BIG ones you'll see at salons, not the itty bitty practically sample sizes you can only usually get online w/o a cosmo license! Will update my review after seeing how long it lasts and how the matte looks.
