The compact size !
Iโm going to start with the scent so I understand itโs for your face but I wish the smell was a slight stronger other than that itโs a very good moisturizer and I would definitely recommend
This lotion is good for everybody
This masculine smelling lotion is actually more feminine than you would think I've used some on myself men and women and nobody knows the difference in everybody likes it
excellent hydration and not greasy
I sometimes get a bit of dry skin on my face after a shower, if I have not used any moisturizer or facial lotion. It gets to the point of flaking in some areas, and needless to say I would like to avoid that. This cream is really nice. I have used many creams for my face over the years, but I think this is my favorite so far. It is thick and moisturizes without being greasy. It also saturates very well, and quickly. I hate creams that you need to work into the skin for a long time, and this one is not like that at all. I find that a little goes a long way, and so I just dab my finger in the jar, and put a few spots of cream on my face, then spread it around, and it seems like I hardly use any at all. Even though, the amount that I use, does the trick, and I have not had any dry skin. It comes in some pretty nice packaging, but most importantly it works very nicely, and delivers good results for daily moisturizing to avoid dry skin. I do recommend it!
Great Product that Works
Face Moisturizers, and cosmetics in general, are typically not available or made with men in mind, so it is refreshing to find a beauty-type product and product line that caters to the male of the species.<br /><br />Gentlehomme is certainly on to something pleasantly surprising, with a face moisturizer that contains many of the ingredients you might find in higher end products for women, such as collagen, oils, Vitamin E (tocopherol), butters, and stem cells. The ingredient list is rather exhaustive, with probably more than you need, but I have to appreciate a product that is well thought out. In terms of just the 'butters' and 'oils', the face moisturizer includes Cocoa Seed Butter, Coconut Oil, Avocado Oil, Bitter Orange Flower Oil, and Jojoba Seed Oil.<br /><br />Unlike a few other reviews I've read of this product, I did not find the product to be greasy at all. It absorbed rather quickly into the skin, leaving it soft and supple, with a slight glow, without being shiny. It does have a thick, white, whipped consistency to it, similar to other facial creams out there, such as Noxzema. Also being four ounces, rather than two ounces, which is more standard for facial creams, makes this a pretty good value, overall.<br /><br />Also unlike other comments that I've read, I did not find the Neroli scent overpowering or unlikeable at all. With that said, however, I found the smell to be very faint and more non-descript than of Neroli (Bitter Orange). The fragrance is very light--not necessarily masculine as one might expect, but almost indistinguishable from most other products out there--not offensive but not remarkable. My nose is rather sensitive to scents and I would have difficulty picking this one out in a crowd.<br /><br />I like that I didn't have any negative reaction(s) to the product--no burning or stinging, rash or inflammation, and the moisturizer held up all day and all night without any discomfort or facial skin drying. It applies easily and a little of it can go a long way.<br /><br />I would like to know a little bit more about the stem cells that are used in this formulation, as the literature and description is rather empty. Stem cells are supposed to help renew and rejuvenate the skin to make it look younger. Are these plant or fruit stem cells (most likely) or human stem cells? Live or extracts? Similar questions about the type of collagen that is used might also be beneficial, or worthy of a more detailed description or commentary.<br /><br />It's advertised promise to moisturize, revitalize and hydrate seems spot-on. I rate this product as an excellent choice in the limited field of men's facial moisturizers.<br /><br />Recommended. Made in China for Gentlehomme, LLC, U.S.A. Certified Vegan.
Moisturizes without a strong scent
This works well on my face. I apply it around my face and neck and gently rub it in. It goes on a bit thick but rubs in nicely leaving my face smooth. The scent is mild and pleasant which is key for me since I don't like strong smells -- especially chemical smells or perfumes. Hoping that it works well to limit wrinkles as my faces ages -- we'll see.
Leaves skin SO Soft, BUT Propylene Glycol is the 2nd ingredient (water is 1st)!
This moisturizer leaves my boyfriend's skin so soft feeling. The scent is light and very likable! When the container arrives, it is in a box that looks really nice. After you unscrew the cap of the container, there is a plastic moisture cap that lays on top. That is good to keep on the container because it keeps keep moisture inside. It has a little finger handle on the top so it is easy to remove. It's a great product but it costs a bit too much as there are other products that can do the same for a lot less.
Good & Hydrating
[[VIDEOID:84a5ae506619190f739d3befcde0a9bc]] After about 2 weeks of use I can say this face cream has a nice texture and kept my skin moisturized throughout the day and doubles as a night cream. Be careful not to overdo it because a little goes a long way. If you use too much it feels greasy.<br />It's cruelty free and uses plant stem cells like some other expensive brands who use this technology. The only thing I didnt care for was the fragrance. Not a deal breaker but I personally just wasn't a fan. Although my wife said she didnt mind it and that it smelled masculine. All in all it's a good hydrating cream and is priced well. A great value, especially if not trying to break the bank on skincare.
