Great addition to my footcare routine
Love this to remove the callused skin on my feet. Works better than getting a professional pedicure. A couple of swipes in the shower and my feet look & feel great. I think it works much better than the other type of hand held callus remover (wand like thing???) I had both-the other went in the trash after the first time I used the crystal file. Now I need to try the nail file.
Great For Calluses
A few careful, gentle passes across the callus with the Soa Bar Slab Foot File and that's it. So far, that's how I've used<br />it. It should stay in good shape if you clean it with each use. It is glass so protect it in some type if padded case.<br />That's what is working for me.

Finally got mine today and I wanted to give some feedback since there wasn't much here or I didn't agree with some of the answers.<br />1. It's legit. I was worried that the texture might have been sprayed on, but it's the real deal. The glass dips from being chemically etched.<br />2. It's dual coarseness. I didn't realize this when I ordered it, but one side is definitely coarser than the other. Used the fine grit for nails and coarse for calluses and rough skin and finished smooth with the fine side.<br />3. This obviously was not meant for hands, BUT while waiting in my crystal glass fingernail file I WAS able to manage to do a mani and pedi with it. A little clunky of course and you won't be flying through it, but if you are careful you can easily do both. Especially if you are a man with a large nailed to begin with.<br /><br />I have done so much research on these types of files that I should probably be incarcerated. This one passes my crazy obsessive mind's tests.<br />Enjoy<br />=}
