Great sparkle but needs a base color

I gave this product 4 stars only because it doesn't seem to have any powder color in it to blend. I used a complimentary shade of powder shadow underneath and it turned out beautiful. If you're looking for a lot of sparkle, this is your product! Just know that you need to put a base color with it.
