Favorite self tanner
This is my all time favorite self tanning product, and I have tried probably over 50. I have a problem. It's fine. Anyway, I love this for a number of reasons. First of all, it has zero smell, and I am scentsitive (see what I did there?) Second, it dries fast, and isn't sticky. Third, it has a nice dark guard, that while streaky for the first half hour or so, quickly blends with your tan as it develops. If I want to be DARK, I will apply this in the morning, and go out with it on. No other tanner could I say that about. Finally, and most importantly, this fades evenly and beautifully on my skin. There is no leprosy like blotching with this one, especially if you use a moisturizing body wash (I use Nivea oil body wash) and follow with a mineral oil free body oil (again, Nivea is my favorite). The product can be runny, and look streaky at first, and I initially wrote it off at first because of this. However, I soon came crawling back, as it vastly out performed every other one I have tried. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the fact that it pumped out more like a liquid than a foam.

I bought mine directly from the Tarte website but I want to review it here. Let me preface this by saying that I am literally the most pale person I have ever met. That being said, it's been so difficult to find a self-tanner that doesn't make me orange or leave streaks. This is the first one that just looks like a healthy natural glow and minimal streaking (and that's only when I've applied it in a hurry). If you are pale and have had problems with finding a good self-tanner, I highly recommend this one. My one complaint is that it only lasts until you take a shower.
