Sizzling Bath Bombs are the best!
The sensation of the salts reacting to the water, the color it makes your bathwater into, the lovely scents and the Epsom salts making your skin feel silky smooth. We love everything about that!<br /><br />With that in mind, we have tried multiple types of bath bombs and here is our experience:<br /><br />Many times, you want "full strength" bath bombs in your tub, because the salts are what makes your hands and skin super soft and amazing, and there could be never be "too much" stuff in the water for you.<br /><br />These particular bath bombs are fizzy.<br /><br />These turn the bath a highly saturated color that the ball is.<br />Overall, we like this set a whole lot for adults, not kids.
Nice Small Box Of Bath Bombs
The go1go Bath Bombs Gift Set (6 Pack) is a small gift box of bath bombs that are above average quality. If you are wanting a luxury gift box, this might not be your choice, but they make a nice all occasion gift at the price of $21.59 (Jan. 2021). Hereโs what I felt about different aspects of the set.<br /><br />Presentation: The box is on the light side, but it is not flimsy. The design is nice, but I found the logo large and didnโt lend itself to a feeling of a luxury product. It does feel like a product for an adult. Iโve had some that seemed more appropriate for a child with just the box design. They are plastic shrink wrapped with no tissue covering. They are your typical bath bomb ringed color design with no extra additives embedded, like dried flowers.<br /><br />Fragrance: These bath bombs have a nice scent to them. If put out on display, you will get a fragrance that is nice, but not overwhelming. I was able to smell them once in the water, but it was a subtle smell, not heavy at all. This could be a positive or a negative, depending on personal preferences. I personally donโt like a strong scent as my bathroom is small and I often use other scented products during my bath, like my soap.<br /><br />Fizz and Bubbles: These fizz really well and give a light bubble. The bath bombs are on the large side (3.8 oz), so the fizz lasted several minutes. These actually dissolved a bit slower than other bath bombs Iโve used that were a bit larger.<br /><br />Color: I wasnโt expecting how well they colored the water because of the amount of white in the bombs. While this made for an attractive bomb with what I call the tie dyed look, I thought the water color might not be rich because of less colored product. This was not the case. They color the water nicely. My tub is older, so it holds a fair amount of water. Sometimes, this dilutes the coloring effect of bath bombs and the water ends only tinged with color. That was not the case for these bath bombs.<br /><br />Moisturizing: I could definitely feel the essential oils in the bath bombs. They left my skin feeling soft, hydrated and nourished. It wasnโt so much as to make the tub slippery. I really liked the feel of these.<br /><br />Clean up: They cleaned up easily. I didnโt have any problems with excess oil in the tub or color stains.<br /><br />Bottom line for me, these are an above average bath bomb set that are giftable and a nice treat for yourself (which is what I did). Once I used them a couple of times, I only wished the set had been larger.
Nice middle of the road set
I was hoping there would be a price available at the time of this review, but currently it wasn't posted. Bath bombs come in a range of prices and quality, without a price it's hard to say if this is a good value. Kiddo loves bath bombs, but he values toys and water coloring over quality of skin softening or scent. So for this set he was not of any help. I tried one and found it to be nice but not as skin softening as some of the bigger ones I've tried. These are really more midline as the fizz is just average, scent was alright and not off putting but not amazing.<br /><br />If these are under $15 I'd say great value, above $20 and I'm not sure they are worth it, but not a terrible deal.
