Have to wear something that can trap body heat to maximize this cream
Update: Iโve given more tries from my last review. You should buy sauna hoodie and use the cream together. This works well with windbreaker type clothes. So Iโve given 5stars from my previous 1star
Sweat enhancer for real!
Iโm not new to the world of sweat enhancers so I have a basis for comparison. This product works! I think it works as well, if not better, than Sweet Sweat. I also have used good old Albolene and a neoprene sweat band, this works better. The consistency is oily/greasy almost, which essentially acts as a barricade and causes you to sweat more. I would not use this product without a sweat band of sortsโit would just become a huge mess! But if you want to lose excess water weight in the waist area, rub some of this onto the belly area, strap on a sweat band and go to work! The amount of sweat you will see upon removal will be impressive!

I really love using creams like this with my sweat trainer. No, this is not needed and no it will not help burn fat. It does help enhance how much you sweat though which helps with any added water. I really like this one as it works well.<br />It is a jar as noted and can be very messy. I prefer the stick formula, but do prefer how much easier this is to rub on though.
