Great Colors
I purchased two packages. My first package contained two blacks, two grays, and one white, one off-white. My second package contained one black, one navy, one brown, one mustard, one taupe, and one eggplant (bright purple). Great neutrals to cover anything in my wardrobe. I expect to get a lot of wear out of these.
Strong
Very strong elastic and long lasting scrunchies. I usually stock up on these every couple of months. And they don't yank and pull my hair out!
Good quality but colors not quite as described
Before purchasing these I contacted the company to verify that I would get what was pictured, I was only interested in the gray ones so it mattered to me. Customer service responded quickly and assured me I would get what was pictured. I was disappointed when I received them, as one pack was not the colors represented and the one that was correct the gray was sort of a grayish blue. I still gave it 4 stars because I own other of these scrunchies and they were the same quality and size that I like and also because customer service was prompt and handling this situation. If you are not picky about color then these are great if you have thicker hair and need a bigger and wider hair tie.
