GREAT for long, thick hair
I really didn't believe this would work for my hair. I have smooth, layered, almost waist length hair (very thick), and it worked great! Just one will hold my hair, but I use 2 to make sure it holds all day.

I have long, smooth asian hair. When ever I have a bun, I have to constantly redo it because it falls out. These actually do work! My bun stayed secure even through an exercise class. Amazing! I saw the negative reviews of the sharp edges....my pins had the balls at the ends. Maybe one vendor is selling an old/cheaper version. I would definitely recommend if you put your hair in a bun. It takes 5 seconds to twist it in your hair, very quick and easy.

Do you put your hair into a bun? Or like, any kind of updo? Why don't you own these? These are my favorite hair product ever. I have very long curly hair and I wear these like everyday. One of these is the equivalent of like 10 bobby pins. They're rather expensive so I usually try to watch for them on sale at local stores. But through the years I've lost a couple and ordered from amazon. These are the BEST!

I love these spin-pins. They really work. I purchased two boxes, and it usually takes 3 of these in my heavy, full hair to keep it all up and secure, but once I get them in they stay all day. It takes a few times to get used to using them, but once you get the hang of it, they are so easy to use. One of the best hair accessory inventions I've ever seen.
