I have had a Thera Pac for the neck for years. It's wonderful. It's so easy to warm up or cool down, and the scent is lovely. I purchased the new onebecause the old one was getting a little old. I decided to try the Lumbar Pac for backs, also. I'm glad it did. Also, the new scent is a little different, even nicer
