Best Eye Makeup Remover on the Market

I have very sensitive eyes and have been on a search for delicate eye makeup remover for quite a long time.<br />I have tried many famous and expensive brands and they did nothing but irritate my eye area. Until I found H2O. Whenever I see it, I buy at least three bottles. It is such a shame that it was discontinued because it does amazing job removing absolutely eveything and never irritates my eyes. I highly recommend it also because it is paraben free.

Good stuff

Shake it up, rub it on, I don't even use cotton , just rub it on with my fingers, let it sit for a min. Wipe it off with warm water and a wash cloth or cotton pad. It gets my waterproof eyeliner and waterproof mascara off. I use at least 3 coats of black waterproof mascara.
