Missing barrettes

I ordered these after seeing someone on YouTube order them and review it. It took a minute to receive which wasnt a problem. When I received the items they were very pretty. However, I was missing one barrette out of 10 which is a disappointment. I'll be returning them. Not sure if I'll reorder, but again they are very pretty. 4 out 5 stars due to the missing barrette.
