May not "feel" like a brush you've used in the past.

The length of the massage balls and the boar bristles are different. It took awhile to get used to this. I kept thinking my hair was not getting completely brushed. But after adjusting, I LOVE this brush. It is gentle on my hair which is old and thin. I find less loose hairs in this brush than I do/did in other brushes. The wooden brush is sturdy and comfortable to use. Would recommend / buy again.
