She's getting the hang of using it, because it's so simple to use. I'm going to purchase another one for our daughter in law & I know she is going to love it. This really does work & it's easier than any other tool. It takes half the time to do your hair & it heats up very nicely. I'd give it more like 10 stars!!

wow. This thing worked beyond my wildest dreams. I have fine, thick hair and I did my mid-length hair in like 2 minutes. I slept on wet hair last night, threw it in a bun for the day, then straightened it to perfection in about two minutes. It's shiny and straight. I love this thing!!!
