I placed order for this machine and got the one that didn't work but the owner and customer service are so great that they sent me a brand new laser machine. The owner Tina reached out to me on her own and sent me a replacement quickly. I'm grateful for that. Also the machine works great. I've used it once and it has made a lot of difference on the hair growth. Although I've already had 7 professional hair removal sessions but this machine helped with touch ups and I am getting rid of the remaining body hair. Great product, great customer service!
