the company went above and beyond!

I read all the reviews on this product and they were mixed, as they many times are, so I thought it was worth taking the risk. Organizing my house is more important than spending a small amount on something that might not work the way we want it to. When we first ordered this, we did not receive all of our hooks, but the company went above and beyond when they sent not only more hooks, but a whole new organizer! My girlfriend and I hung all our scrunchies on these to keep them organized and out where they can be seen.
