2 days in and I'm very happy. It smooths my aging, greying, thinning, naturally curly hair. The longest sections of my hair are about 4 inches, and I can use this tool to curl, and add volume. .I used the 2nd lowest heat setting because high heat cooks my fragile curls.I do have years of experience using styling tools, so there wasn't much of a learning curve. The buttons are easy to hit accidentally, but I don't know where they could be placed to avoid that, so it becomes part of that learning curve.<br />I did NOT get this free or at a discount, but I liked it anyway.

I actually received this straightener a day earlier than stated. I purchased this product to use on my daughter's very course and thick shoulder length hair. I tested the straightener on her hair today and loved how straight and smooth it made it with about 2 passes on the top and bottom of the sections that I used. I would definitely purchase this again and am very pleased with this straightener after the quick test. I anticipate even better results once I wash and condition her hair and use it on her entire head.
