the hair is great but my cord broke immediately

luckily this came with a second wire. when i put the halo on for the first time, it was just a little to big and i felt it sat to low so i took it off to tighten the wire clasps. I unhooked one and the cord came out of the fastener crimp that holds it to the clasp. i had to replace it with the Extra one. once i replaced it and tightened it, it sat perfectly and matched my hair so well. it was unnoticeable. it just sucks that one broke immediately and now i don't have a spare
