I used this for "trigger finger" swelling. Sure does work better than messy ice packs.
I use this instead of messy ice packs for my "trigger finger" swelling which occurred in a bad fall. I keep it in the freezer so I can use it whenever it is needed. My occupational therapist told me to use ice on my right hand about 20 minutes at a time. This ice roller lasted for 20 minutes for sure, maybe even longer.
