The ears are a bit hard to attach but we used a head band and managed it pretty well. The tail was easy and looked great.

Good quality
I bought the large tail and ears and the tail is amazing. It sort of sways naturally like a real one but you have to adjust the wire on the inside. If you dont plan on using a wig and have short hair then the ears kinda dont work. I am going to glue them to a headband though or maybe even my head set.
