I used it every night since it arrived and diluted it with evening primrose oil or coconut oil.<br />I wash my face with black soap. Dry. And apply this with above listed moisturizer. It stings in a few spots after cleansing but not burning. And I sleep in the morning my skin is smooth and bright. I can really tell my skin cell turnover, it's very light exfoliation. I'm black and I deal with some hyperpigmentation and small hormonal cystic pimples under my chin.
