Won't get a better one for the money ! There's lots of them to choose from but save your time and get this one.

Though itโs not quite as comfortable as Skull Shaver, the resulting shave is just as good. The best thing about this is that you can use a normal USB cable (micro USB i believe) to charge it. This is especially useful if you take it on vacation and forget your charging cable.
So far, so good
This shaver seems quite good to me. Shaving my head and face seems to use only 10% of the battery. I've only used it four times. If the blades stay reasonably sharp and the batteries keep taking a charge, then I'll be quite pleased. Like other rotary shavers that I have used, it is not great for my neck. I probably should read the instructions; cleaning is slightly mysterious. It is very comfortable shaving me cranium! This product was about a third of the price of a flashy alternative.
Works Pretty Well So Far
So far it is working well. It was purchased for my wife to use on her legs and is the first one to work well enough for her. If it keeps working like it is, it is worthy of the 5 star review.
Easy to use
Seems well built and includes lots of accessories. However there are two issues you should consider. One is that the instructions indicate the blades last six months, so I contacted the seller who said he didn't sell them. There are generic heads out there so I'll have take my chances. The other issue regards the waterproof claim. The photo shows shower use but the instructions say don't use with wet hair. An explanation is in order. The order arrived on time and it charged quickly. I won't be using it in the shower, but otherwise it is a nice unit.
