Some problems but please read why
Chair looks beautiful, sort of an ivory white. Large, could be comfortable but no lumbar support so not good for long term use (I sit at work for up to 12 hours a day). Heat and vibration is better than most chairs I have tried. If you need lumbar support you will need to get an extra cushion and the chair would be great. Mine came in defective, chair seat is not level and right arm rest cushion won't stay on armrest (screw holding it in was stripped and just slides out). I have to keep pushing it back on. But those issues are on me since I didn't take the time to try and get replacement from the company. So my lapse aside, if you don't mind the missing lumbar support, this is a great overall chair and an exceptional chair for the price.
