I ordered this product for a third time in the past 15 yrs. Overall it is an excellent product. My hair is too thick for the ones with actual brush roller.<br />At first, I was disappointed that I received the newer model with shorter barbs instead of the model I own, but I have been pleasantly surprised that the much shorter roller barbs work fairly well even on super thick hair. I like the updated on/off switch. The hot is super hot and can easily blister fingers so be careful.
