I just received my closure today and it's really soft. The hair sheds but that's expected. It's very full! I washed, blow dried and flat ironed it. It holds curls well. The color is a dark brown. Not bad quality for such cheap price. I would order from the company again. The only thing is the knots are not bleached. Other than that no complaints....still very satisfied.
