Great for after each feeding!
This really help the first few weeks I was nursing since my baby has a problem with latching I have to use a nipple shield which was really hurting and cracking my nipples and this worked wonders providing relief right away!

It's much much better than plain lanolin
As an experienced nursing mom, I still get sensitive days. These are day where baby pops latch, bites, adjusts her latch, or could be anything really that causes sensitive nipples. On sensitive days I don't usually need any serious, prescription help for my nipples, just some comfort. That's when I use this nipple ointment. It's much much better than plain lanolin. The ointment has a wonderful smooth feel to it that lasts. It keeps bras and breast pads from sticking. Because it is all natural I don't mind using it and not washing it off before baby latches. New nursing mama here to a 2 week old, received this in a boobie care package from my aunt. So far I am loving this stuff! I use it after every session and it has definitely helped keep my skin moisturized, prevented cracking, etc. I also like that I don't need to wipe it off before nursing. Plan on buying a lot more of this and gifting it to some friends! I will edit this if anything changes!
