Fave liquid eyeliner
I love this and prefer this over most liquid eyeliners! Have not found anything better at Ulta. Better than Benefit liquid eyeliner. It doesn't dry out and last long!

It took a little bit of practice but<br />Im finally able to get the most perfect cat eye look. I first get the eyeliner to the tip by touching my wrist or whatever to like prime it. Then line it into place. It will stay on for like 2 days if u dont wipe off w make up remover
Great product
This goes on easy and doesnโt smudge. I have problems with liquid eyeliner smudging but this was the first product that goes on and stays on. It doesnโt wear all day so may need touch up but at least I donโt look like a raccoon.

This is delightful. It goes on smoothly and evenly.

I liked that it lasted all day without smudging and the fine point makes it easy to line the eyelid.
PRETTY EASY TO USE
I'm an eyeliner novice. I've tried a few like the CatVonDe which didn't last and looked cheap after about 2 hours of wear. This eyeliner did not crack and still looked great after a full day at work. And my husband loved it. I have no idea if it's waterproof.
