*Edit - i am updating my review bcuz of the great customer service that I got after leaving the negative review. The seller is aware of the issues, took my concerns and suggestions & tried to resolve the issue the best he could. I am still leaving the issues i had with the up just in case someone else has this same problem. **original review*** The wig had a horrible chemical-fish smell so I washed/conditioned the hair with Silicon Mix to get the odor out. Also the bottom of the wig cap is missing. It's like whoever made the wig cut the entire bottom part of the wig cap off bcuz they added the velcro band. The hair sheds everytime you run your hands through it. I only liked the color of the wig.

I am amending my review based on the customer service I received. The person who reached out to me took my issues seriously and said they would be passed on to production. Wow. How very attentive. They also have me many helpful tips and suggestions to improve the quality and usability of my hair. I will definitely buy from them again and try a different style and see off it works better for me. Ty LianLian Hair.<br /><br />Based on the other reviews of this unit I had extremely high hopes about how well it would perform. Sadly when I received my unit the 1st thing I noticed was the smell the smell the smell immediately hits you as you're opening the package it had a very ripe, Sour smell. The 2nd thing I noticed was my unit felt extremely thin considering this is supposed to be A220 density the 3rd thing is the color the color is much much darker than shown in the photos and in the photos and even other reviews.<br /> I really really wanted this unit to work because it matches my natural hair color almost perfectly, and would have allowed me to protect my natural hair as it grows out.<br />Sadly, I will be sending this back.
Wow!! Exactly as expected!
My real hair happens to look exactly like this, same color, same length but has thinned out a little more than I like lately...happens to me every time I get super stressed. This is perfect for lazy hair days while my hair recoups!!! Will save my real hair a lot of styling damage! Very happy!!!

This hair is so soft and looks so natural. I did experience a little bit of shedding but that was expected. My head is small so it's difficult to find a unit to properly fit but this headband wig fits my head perfectly. I'd definitely purchase again
