Comes with everything you need and super easy to use. Also customer service gets 5 stars from me as well! I couldn't get mine to heat up and they sent me a new one. Communication was easy, the replacement came much quicker than anticipated and it works great.

Actual person here - I've been really impressed by this "cheap" product. First, it works really well for me. No need to purchase any strips, it actually removes hair and doesn't leave any horrible residue and your skin isn't irritated (at least mine wasn't). Second, the company was great to work with. My original order came with a chip in the lid and after contacting them just once, they sent a whole new order. This product is definitely worth the purchase.

Heats up as described! The wax is a little too thick, so I personally could not do long strips on my arms. Waxed them in small patches instead. Overall, this is a good product and I highly recommend it!

Must Have for Any Woman
I absolutely love my kit! For years I had used wax kits and I dreaded the wax. This is simple and the hard wax really removes those stubborn rough hairs. You will be amazed and the hair it removes!<br />The only downside is when dipping the wax out it can get a bit stringy and make a mess but it easy to clean up once it dries
