Comes with 3 very useful interchangeable heads.
Yes this item met my basic expectations. It has a good length it's curved properly to be able to reach my back the three separate heads are a nice touch but that being said the handle is Slippery When Wet I would have preferred that it had been rubberized in some fashion but overall I like it and I use it every time I shower.
