Works great!!! I do HIIT with a sweat belt and this cream really enhances my workout. Definitely will buy again. You can feel the heat when you put it on. No skin irritation.

I put this on my belly under a waist trainer before working out and it starts working immediately! It burns but doesn’t hurt and really adds to my workout and getting my midsection to release more sweat!

Well I might be dead. I dont feel heat! Nothing whatsoever. Let's see if still helps me lose fat. I will keep you updated. -----UPDATE-------<br />After a few days using it, I feel HOOOOOOOT wow! I feel the heat on my abdomen and I have lots a few inches. I don't wear a sweat belt with because it my irritate my skin, ot makes me just sweat A LOT!

It’s worth the buy.
I like that they come in single packages. I normally use 1 package for 2 work outs. There is enough in 1 package for 2 works and I have a belly. I would buy again. Some days I feel warmth and some days I don’t. But when I take off my sweat belly trainer it has tons of sweat on it.
