Does work on men and women my husband has lost 4 inches . With of course diet and exercise you can fill the heat then the cooling. It does take time don't give up we saw difference within 3 weeks. Very happy with this . Will keep buying. ..

I just got this in the mail the other day and i already love it.<br />I am a big fan of hot cream for the belly.<br />Having had 3 kids i have a lot of extra baggage, skin and fat in the stomach area.<br />It is said to be one of the hardest areas for women to tone for my age.<br />I like to apply a thin layer of the cream on my stomach and lightly wrap it with a cloth bandage to help it soak in.<br />You feel the tingling sensation as soon as you apply it on your skin.<br />Its nice and refreshing and i can tell that it is working.<br />With all creams you should apply this to freshly clean exfoliated skin for maximum results.<br />You do not have to bandage as i do, but i like to be able to put on my clothes afterwards and go.<br />This is also great for the hips, thighs and buttocks if you are looking to tone it up or have it help that little bit of cellulite.<br />I also tried it on my husbands sore shoulder muscles and he liked it better than icyhot.<br />I give this a huge 5 stars.<br />I have not had any problems with rash or any reaction to the cream so i give it a big recommendation.

I just received this today so this is my first time trying it but I must say it definitely makes you feel some things, the smell is incredibly intense so be prepared but it is very tingling and relaxing, I think maybe if you are an extremely sensitive person this may be a little intense for you, I don't think it's anymore hot cold tingling as I would say icy hot and I do have a quite extensive scare on my tummy and a little cellulite on my thighs so I will do an updated review in about a month to let ya know if it did any good for those issues.

it is awesome on my sore back and neck. I've been using it every morning and night on my lower neck and on my tight neck and shoulders . It is cool and sometimes tangles a bit, but I really like it. I tend to get migraines from my sore neck , so rubbing on my neck during a migraine I found quite soothing.
