Color me Happy
Just like the photo, this color was exactly what I was looking for to add to my collection. It goes on perfectly and with my eye primer it lasts all day.
Beautiful color
This eye shadow has a deep, lasting color and goes on very easily using an eye shadow brush. A little goes a long way.
Pleasing Color
I don't wear much eye makeup, but the olive-colored Khaki Star really appealed to me. My eyes appear blue or green depending on what I'm wearing, and this shadow makes the green in my eyes much deeper and more apparent.<br /><br />I've tried applying it lightly with a finger and it makes a nice translucent color that way that enhances without taking over. With a brush, I put it along my lashes like eyeliner and it came out very nice. If I apply it twice, it's appropriate for nighttime wear.<br /><br />I wear contacts so it's important to me that eye shadow stays where I put it and doesn't flake into my eyes. This shadow passes that test perfectly, so I'll be getting a pale highlighting shade to go with this one. I'm very happy with this product.
Khaki Star - Pretty Dark Olive Brown Shade
Very nice formula. Easy to apply and blend. Not much for fall out either which I really appreciate. Very slight shimmer / sheen. Not glittery, but enough to catch the light.<br /><br />The color I got is Khaki Star. I can best describe it as a dark olive green color, mixed with a cool brown shade. For me its a great color to use to darken up a eye look, and add dimension. For me it would be a bit dark for all over color, especially where I have dark brown eyes. Blue or green eyes might be able to better pull that off.
