I-Lites are Hi-Lites!!
I first tried these Italian sparkley colored eye pencils at GBS Beauty Shops in Miami. I completely fell in love with them! They add a sheen to the lids that is eye-opening, in all ways! As GBS doesn't carry the brand anymore, I thought I was lost. Then I found them by Googling the name, and it came up that Amazon carried them through a distributor! You saved me...thanks, Amazon!!! If you want an eye pencil that doesn't pull, is soft but not mushy and leaves an all day into night shimmer on your lids, these are the best!
