Hard to get the top off
I gave the product 5 stars, because the overall function worked like I wanted and expected. The ice has a curvature to it, so that it fits nicely to your face and it didn't leak in my freezer which I was worried about. Filling it up is easy, there is a small heart piece at the top that is removed and has a hole for filling. Once frozen, the top is extremely hard to remove. I had to stick it under hot water for like 3-4 minutes and keep pulling at it to get it to unfreeze. It also leaks a lot of water off of your face as you are using it. Expected, but be prepared to hold a cloth at the same time or you will be soaked. overall happy with this purchase.
