Happily Surprised
I was a bit skeptical before trying because I find most hair masks to be more hype than anything else. This one however was great for my long thick wavy mess of a head of hair. It left my hair soft, manageable, and even a bit shinier than before. My hair felt hydrated without being weighted down, and wasn't left straw like which has happened to me in the past when I try to deep condition. I can usually go about 3-4 days between shampoos and didn't find myself needing to wash my hair any sooner than that. Obviously, if you shampoo more often on the regular you will have a different result than me. But basically it didn't leave my hair feeling dirty the next day.

My process: I shampooed and then like most masks and conditioners I kept it away from my roots and only applied it from the midshaft to my ends (otherwise I end up with oily roots). Then I waited... and waited... and waited. Since I was reviewing the product I wanted to make sure I waited the full 10 mins to give it a chance. I was out of stuff to wash and shave after about 3 min so the last 7 were pretty boring. In the future I will probably only wait 5 min. I didn't apply any other conditioner other than my normal heat protector I spritz onto towel dried hair. Blow-dried as usual and the results let me skip the flat iron.

I was pretty please. I find this an easy mask to recommend. I have spent much more and gotten less of a result. I also like that it didn't leave my hair smelling perfumy afterwards.
Not enough moisture for my hair
My hair is dry and damaged from bleaching for fun colors. I try to treat it to moisturizing and repairing products in between bleachings so it doesn't look like a haystack. I have been shampooing, rinsing, towel drying and then sectioning and applying conditioner to my hair and leaving it over night, rinsing in the morning. This deep conditioning mask fell a little short of my expectations. It was an easy consistency to work with and worked well in to my hair. It smells minty and kind of herbal, that was really pleasant. My hair wasn't quite as quenched as I was hoping for, it feels more like a regular conditioner than a deep conditioning mask. I would definitely continue to use it as such, but I would not likely buy it again.
Moisturizing and hydrating.
The Ikoo Infusions hair mask was surprisingly great. It is moisturizing, hydrating and nourishing. This product comes in a round (6.8 oz) container. The thick (light green) cream smells refreshing and bright. Some of the ingredients are macadamia oil, honey extract and camellia oil. It is non-greasy but does leave a slight shine. This product is cruelty, vegan, sulfate and paraffin free (Peta approved since that is important for some consumers). I have coarse, sometimes dry hair, that after using this product made it more manageable after just one treatment. I used it as a deep conditioning treatment. It left my scalp and hair feeling refreshed and clean. Iād recommend it.
