must have for high heel lovers!
I put these on my shoes and they really make a difference. I was able to wear my 5 inch heels for 8 hours straight. Although my feet hurt when I took off my heels. It does make heels barely, I wouldn't say you are without pain but it does make it easier to wear heels for long periods of time.
Wow! What a difference!!!
These inserts made a huge difference for me! My beautiful but previously torturous boots with 4 1/2" heels are now comfortable for all day wear! Before I bought these inserts, I maybe made it 3 hours in those boots before my feet were killing me (even with nice padded insoles added). I wore them out last weekend (and put a spare pair of shoes in my car, just in case I needed to change after a couple hours), and found that I was able to wear my boots without pain for 8 hours! I noticed I was able to stand up straighter, and that I was able to walk with my heels landing before my toes. I definitely noticed the difference in weight distribution- I had a lot more weight on my heels than usual. These inserts did take a bit of fiddling to get them positioned correctly for me. They ended up working best for me shifted closest to the inside (arch side) starting about 6 mms from the back of the heel, and pointed toward the big toe. I did put a thin padded insole over the Insolias after I got them positioned. Warning- Do not peel the whole backing off until you get it positioned correctly! Bend the backing a little bit back at the heel to make it stay in place temporarily, or even use some double stick tape for the position testing. The adhesive is super strong on these inserts and is meant to stay put once you place them. On my first attempt at using these I actually tore a bit of the lining on the bottom of my shoe trying to peel the insert off to move it a little!

I have to admit that I was a bit hesitant about what this insert claimed it could do. After getting over my initial " don't buy snake oil" resistance, I bought a three pack. A few months later, I'm about to buy another 3 pack.<br /><br />A bit about my shoes; I have a love/hate relationship with my 5+ inch heels. They (used to) cause me quite a bit of pain. I am not a professional high-heel shoe wearer. I'm more of a casual, night-on-the-town sort of wearer.<br /><br />I really love Insolia. They are fantastic at preventing your foot from sliding forward in heels. Insolia is much different than your drug-store, foam insert. (I can't even begin to tell how many times I've been disappointed with those silly foam things.) Instead of making walking feel squishier, they prevent your foot from slipping forward, thus preventing quite a bit of pain from forming on the balls of your feet. I can definitely tell that my weight is shifted, which is fantastic for walking and standing in your favorite pair of stilettos.
Finally, foot relief !!
They really do work. I wore these for about 6 hours in a pair of heels that I normally can't wear for more than an hour. It shifts your weight right to your heels. So ladies, if your issue is the balls of your feet. Try these !!

The inserts do somehow redistribute weight to make high heels 2-4" and up more comfortable and you can tell right away when you put your foot in shoes with the inserts. If you have some major foot problems these won't help that much, for the average high heel wearer....order some! Your feet will thank you.<br /><br />C.

where have these been my whole life?!? I rarely have life luck with insoles.. apparently my feet are high maintenance, but to my delight these actually work! they reduce the weight on the balls of my feet and significantly reduce toe squishing/rubbing

I love my heels but you know how it goes--you wear them for a few minutes and then your feet hurt.<br /><br />These have made a big difference in my ability to wear shoes that I couldn't even wear years ago! I'm so glad these exist.
