Little but powerful.... Need more for all of my heals
Skeptical but they work!!!
I was skeptical when I bought these but gave them a try. I rarely wear heels because of the foot pain. To my amazement, they actually worked! I tried on one heel without the insole and one with and I could feel the difference! It truly shifts the weight to the heel from the ball of your foot. I was able to dance in my heels all night! I will definitely be purchasing these for all of my heels!

o far I am amazed! As a former dancer and model I love my hi=heel but due to a knee injury from a car accident 4 years ago, wearing my hi-heels has been difficult. My orthopedist told me to keep heel height to no more than 2 1/2", very difficult since i usually wear platforms and heel in the 4 1/2" to 6' range. Last year, I purchase a pair of heels for a formal event, black sandals with a 4 1/2" heel and a 1" platform for an overall height of 3 1/2", just over my doctor's recommendation. The shoes were comfortable when I tried them on and I walked in the for 30 mins or more a few days a week for two weeks before the event and no issues. However, the night of the event, the walking on paving stone, steps, marble floors, and standing for the entire cocktail, really took its toll. Not only did my feet hurt but the pain in my knee was almost unbearable! Well, this year's event is now just a few weeks away and not wanting to waste a pair of shoes I began to search for insoles. I tried a few name brand but no real difference after a test run -- litterally, my test run was an hour of house work, stairs, laundry, etc. Cushions, gels, supports and no improvement at all. I tried the Insolia as a last ditch attempt and i am so glad that i did! Immediate difference in my left foot (non-injured leg) and a noticeable change on the right. They did take a bit of time to adjust but so far, 2 days in I am thrilled. I only gave four stars because I have not had long to try them; i will report back after the big event at the end of September.
