Great upgrade, noticeable difference in feeling
The benefit of the base bushings is to replace the rubber bushings on the base of the plastic shifter with quality machined metal pieces. This reduces any 'drift' in the shift assembly and I can definitely feel the gates are more precise and there is less slop at the top of the odd gears (or bottom of the gate, even gears).

Good product tricky to install
Looks and works well. There was a spot where getting the bolt on was difficult but it wasn’t a difficult job overall.
