It was like straw. I colored my hair in sections
I gave it 4 stars because it did what it was supposed to do in regards to having silver hair. However, this is my first time using hair make- up, and although I'd read the reviews on this product, I was still shocked by how my hair felt. It was like straw. I colored my hair in sections, because you're supposed to blow dry it immediately following the color. Also, just use your hand when applying it; the color washes right off, and it's way too liquid-y to use a bowl and brush. I have dishwater blonde colored hair that falls a few inches below my shoulder, and one bottle worked just fine, but there weren't any leftovers. I suggest going over the areas a couple of times if you have extra product left in the bottle. It didn't look as straw like after I curled it, and it washed out right away, so it did it's job!
