Effective, but slightly challenging
At first try this was very hard to get to the right alkaline levels which is required to achieve the best results and the foot tub was too shallow. On a second try, it worked just like it said it would. I think the instructions could use a bit tweaking so the user can be better understand the expectations and how to correct something you might have done wrong. Overall the unit is very effective in detoxing and results can be seen in the water during your 30 min session. It is a bit pricey and the foot bath (the plastic foot tub) it comes with is too shallow so we had to buy a deeper one for the ion to work properly. That is my only heads up. The carrying case is great and is very useful for storage or transporting. That was one reason I chose this one, to keep everything organized.
