Product Great! Need better shipping packaging

I’m products are consistent in quality and I’ve loved them for years, they cause no rashes or breakouts like bare minerals. I received my order on a shipping bag, and its plastic container was crushed during shipping and the inside plastic bag was full of powder that exploded everywhere when I opened the bag. I had to pick all the plastic out of it and put it in an old sifter. Probably lost 1/3 of the product and it’s not cheap! Was going out of town and couldn’t wait for another one and forgot to take a photo of the mess when I was cleaning it up.
